Somewhere is run by Voff Digital LLC, a United States limited liability company. This page says what we collect, why, and how to get it back or deleted. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version. To put a line up we need an email address — that is all. Your line is public. Your email is not, and we never show it to anyone, including the person who answers you. We do not sell anything to anyone, and there are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Voff Digital LLC is responsible for the information described here. You can reach us at hello@itssomewhere.com — that address reaches a person, not a queue.

The typeface is served from our own server, so loading this site contacts nobody but us. There are no third-party requests on a page load at all.
Because we are a US company running on a Canadian server, your information crosses a border in the ordinary course of being stored. The providers above may process it in the United States, Canada or the European Union. We do not transfer it to anyone else, for any reason.
United States privacy law is a patchwork, and which statute covers you depends on where you live. Rather than work that out for you, we give everyone the same rights regardless of where they are. You can ask us to:
Email hello@itssomewhere.com and we will answer within 30 days, which is what the strictest of these laws allows and far longer than it should take. Deleting your account removes your lines, your answers and your profile. We keep block and report records, without your profile attached, because deleting them would undo a safety decision someone else made.
If you are in California, the CCPA as amended also gives you the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising — so there is nothing to opt out of. We will never charge you differently or give you a worse service for exercising any of this.
If you are in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Montana or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, the same requests apply and the same address handles them. If you think we have handled a request badly, you can complain to your state Attorney General.
Somewhere is for adults. You must be 18 or over. We check date of birth at sign-up and we remove accounts we find belong to minors.
If there is a breach affecting your information, we will tell you and notify whichever regulators the law requires, without waiting to be asked.
If this page changes in a way that affects you, we will email you before it takes effect rather than quietly updating a date at the top.
